the one with Bill

 "Boom, you looking for this?"

Starting with Monday, we had lots of things that we needed to buy since it is Elder Lunt's first area. We got him a bike and, with it, a huge dent in the bank account. But he's all good now and celebrated by getting some indo Curry (his first time eating itπŸ˜†πŸ˜†). Sadly, it was super rainy, and we kinda got stuck indoors. Luckily, we both like card games, and we had a good time playing games for a little while.

Tuesday was awesome! We had an amazing lesson with our new friend Bill! πŸ˜†πŸ˜†πŸ˜†πŸ˜πŸ˜
He is from China and just moved to Japan about a month ago. He has so much interest in religion, and we were able to teach him the whole first lesson. He said he believes that it is all true and when we invited him to church, he said he really wants to come! We also showed him the gospel library app in Chinese, and he said he would read the Book of mormon! πŸ˜†πŸ˜† Such an elect guy!!😁😁 At night, we had English class, and Aya and her cute kid came, and we had a great night! 😁😁

Thursday, we had a lesson with our friend Aki and it went really well!😊😊😁😁
She surprised me because I thought she was only going to have English questions but she ended up asking a lot of questions about the church and we were able to have a good lesson and teach her lots of things! 😁😁😊

Friday, Elder Lunt had been feeling sick since the night before, so we stayed in so he could get some rest. He was feeling better at the end of the day, and we had a super great game night and had lots of members and friends come!😁😁

Saturday, we got up early and went with some other misisonaries, the sisters in a nearby area, and helped teach an English class for kids! That took up until after lunch and by the time we got home, poor Elder Lunt was about ready to die 😭😭 We spent the rest of the day inside so he coukd sleep and be better for church on Sunday. πŸ˜…

Sunday was AMAZING!! Bill came to church and brought his wife and his son!! They don't speak Japanese very well, but they still seemed to enjoy sacrament meetings, and they loved hearing people's testimonys! 😁
After sacrament meeting, we had a lesson with them, and a couple in our ward who are also from China. They are all about the same age and they even have kids the same age so it was so perfect! πŸ˜†πŸ˜† It was one of the craziest lessons that I have ever been in! There were so many different languages being spoken, and everyone was translating for everyone else, and it was so full of the spirit. One thing that was really crazy was that I can't speak a lick of Chinese but through the gift of tounges, I was able to understand about 30 percent of what they were talking about in Chinese so I wasn't lost the entire lesson... Gift of tounges really goes crazyπŸ˜†πŸ˜† After the lesson, they said they want to come to church every week, take lessons, and learn more about what we teach! Can't wait to see what happens with them!πŸ˜πŸ˜†πŸ˜†πŸ˜†

Well, that's all I got for this week! Feel free to email me!

That's all, folks!
