The Best 2 Years: Elder Jace Thompson in Omaha/Japan: the one with his second son

Well, starting with Monday, we called the fam and went to lunch at a good soba place. After lunch we hit up this place that buys stuff from Costco and then sells it for about the same price and it's right by our apartment which is really really nice😆😆 At the end of the day, we had basketball as usual and it's always such a party! 😆

Tuesday, we had district council and exchanges! I went with Elder Porritt, and we had a great time! The day was pretty uneventful but English class at the end of the day was really good! And at the very, very end of the day, we got transfer news!!! 😆😆😆😁 My dear comp, Elder Lunt is getting transferred 😭😭 He's going to otsu, which isn't too far from Kyoto! But I am pretty happy because I get to train again!! 😆😆😆😆

Can't wait to be traning another missionary (Spoiler, he's Japanese😆😆😆😆)

Wednesday, we just packed and stuff, and then at the end of the day, we went to dinner with Shoki for Lunt's Iast time😭 It was so much fun, and we always have the best time with Shoki😆😆😁

Thursday, we went to an all you can eat meat buffet with Natsumi for lunch 😆😆😆😆

It was soooo good and it was Lunt's first time trying this type of buffet and we all had such a good time 😆😆😋 Pretty much right after that, we went to Kamimura 姉妹 house and ate dinner with her 😋😋 We were way too full after that.... But it was still really good and a lot of fun😆

Friday, we spent a good chunk of the day finishing packing and then we had a lesson but she wasn't home.... After that, we went to the church and had game night! 😆😆 Not only was it a game night, but it was a goodbye party for Lunt, too!! We had about 25 people there and it was so so great! Everyone had such a good time! 😆😆😆

Saturday was transfers!! We got up and left pretty quick to meet our new comps.... I went to the mission home to pick up my new bean up!😆😆

My new comp is Elder Kameta, and he is so awesome!! 😆😆 I'm so lucky to have gotten a 日本人 (Japanese person). He is super kind, speaks English pretty well, and loves to do sports and have fun!! This is gonna be a killer transfer 😆😆😆 The rest of the day was getting home (which took forever) and then setting up some stuff for the bean😁😁

Sunday was so good! We had church, and Bill came as usual! After church ended, I was able to give Bill the priesthood, which was really cool! I've been a part of the circle, but this is the first time I have ever been the voice to give the priesthood😁😁😆 After we did that, we had a big welcome lunch for Bill! All of the ward members bright a ton of food, and we just all ate and talked together! 😁😁 It was an absolute party and a great first Sunday for Kameta長老😁
